Step 1: Open the Bkey App
Launch the app and make sure you’re logged in.

Step 2: Go to Your Profile
Tap the “Profile” icon located at the bottom right of the screen.

Step 3: Scroll to Account Settings
Scroll down to the section labeled “Account Settings.”

Step 4: Tap “User Information”
This will open your full profile management options.

Step 5: Select “Delete Account”
Scroll to the bottom of the User Information page and tap “Delete Account.”
(If you don’t see it, make sure your app is updated to the latest version.)

Step 6: Confirm Your Identity
You’ll be prompted to verify your identity by:

• Entering your password or

• Entering a 6-digit code sent to your email or phone

Step 7: Acknowledge the Consequences
You must check a box that says:

☐ I understand that deleting my account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Step 8: Final Confirmation
Tap “Delete My Account”
A final pop-up will ask:

Are you sure you want to permanently delete your Bkey account?

Choose:
✅ Yes, Delete or ❌ Cancel

Step 9: Done
You’ll see a confirmation screen:

Your account has been deleted successfully.

You’ll be logged out and redirected to the welcome screen.
